Special Session 4: Transportation Industry Innovation and Development


This session is based on the wave of digital transformation in the transportation industry and focuses on the deep integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital twins with transportation industry scenarios. It will discuss core issues including the industrial implementation of smart transportation, government-enterprise collaborative innovation, the construction of transportation digital infrastructure, and business model innovation for new technologies, with the aim of breaking down barriers between frontier technologies and industrial applications and exploring pathways for high-quality development in the transportation industry. The forum brings together experts from academia and industry practitioners for cross-sector exchange, sharing engineering practices and industry solutions, and promoting collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research institutions. Submissions of research findings in related areas are warmly welcome.

General Manager Liang Teng

Baidu AI Cloud, Tianjin–Tibet–Xinjiang Region, China

Biography: Liang Teng, male, Han ethnicity, a Communist Party of China member, a deputy to the People’s Congress of Jinnan District, and a council member of the Tianjin Young Entrepreneurs Association, was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. He is currently the General Manager of Baidu AI Cloud for the Tianjin, Tibet, and Xinjiang region, and the General Manager of Baidu AI Cloud (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.

He graduated from Beihang University in 2013. He then joined Blue Cloud in Beijing, where he served as Director of the Government and Enterprise Business Division. In 2016, he joined Kingsoft Cloud as Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Key Account Business Division. In May 2017, he joined Baidu, where he led the development of innovative solutions for industries including industrial manufacturing and power and energy under Baidu AI Cloud. He has successively served as Regional General Manager for Baidu AI Cloud in Beijing, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, and the three northeastern provinces.
